Workers of FIB #2: WOTM (April)
As a month has passed of the Federal Investigation Bureau transferring to our new base, the workers have chosen Renjo, a member of the Foundation team, to be the new Worker of the Month for April! The Worker of the Month is given to those workers who have shown their excellence when working towards the betterment of FIB. It’s the highest award one can receive by the Awards Committee. Special thanks to Renjo for giving his time to answer JKHyeon’s questions!
What significance does WOTM have to you?
Renjo: For me, WOTM is more than just a title. This award means that all the hard work and effort that a worker that a worker puts in the agency is appreciated by other workers even though it doesn’t seem like it. Being a part of an agency is a lot of work even though there are times when your efforts are a waste in people’s eyes, this award will change that feeling.
Out of the many candidates, for what reason do you think you got an award as extensive as this?
Renjo: I honestly don’t know why people voted for me. I mean, I got THREE votes, and that isn’t many. The other candidates could have caught up, you know? However, I think the reason why people voted for me is because of the effort that I put in for this agency since I became Foundation, once again, but it is not possible for me to get where I am right now without the help of other workers.
What things will you miss in the old base withholding such a substantial title? Are there any pointers or tips you could share with others wanting this award?
Renjo: Well- Always remember that there are people who will bring you down, but instead of letting them drag you into the hole, take the challenge. Be a better person, don’t be afraid to admit your mistakes, and strive your best to help yourself and the people around you.
We hope that Renjo’s words will inspire more workers to aim for the award, be it a non-iC or iC! Everyone has a chance for this award as long as you work hard enough. The next Worker of the Month will be voted in the end of May, so it’s best to start observing people to see if they really deserve the award.
