Thoughts & Opinions #4: FIB in the Eyes of LRs

Edited by CarpeNoctem

Today, we have decided to interview some of the Lower Ranks in our agency. If you didn’t know, the F.I.B. has always worked towards created a safe environment for all ranks. By teaching workers real traits that are valued in real jobs, they are helping create one of the most influential and honorable agencies of all time. With that said, we wanted to hear what the Lower Ranks thought about the agency considering they may be fairly new. Read the interviews that were conducted below:

What was that something that made you join FIB?

Azzreal: I was bored and saw that FIB was a popular agency with a good reputation, so I thought “Why not?”

Pyrexical: Something that made me join FIB was the people that I've known for a long time, and because I've known Kani for almost two years.

TheNamesBeck: Well, I joined FIB years ago. I was bored, so I went searching for the most popular retro and found Habboon, I looked at the rooms and immediately saw FIB and rejoined.

What were the positive things in FIB that affected you, and what are the negative things that affect you as well?

Azzreal: The positive things in FIB that affected me was everyone working hard, and some promoters say “Keep up the good work.” The negative things that affected me were some rude workers.

Pyrexical: The positive thing is how nice majority of the people are, and a negative thing is how people act.

TheNamesBeck: Well, I'm pretty happy that FIB is still alive and nice as usual, but one of the things about the FIB now is that it's a bit too strict. Back when I was 3iC, I always used to fool around and stuff; now, we can't even stand in the hallway for 10 seconds. This is one major reason why my nostalgia wasn't really strong. Things have changed.

Given a chance to implement a rule, event, or anything to improve FIB, what would it be and why?

Azzreal: As of now, there is nothing I would like to implement!

Pyrexical: If I were to implement an event, it most likely would stress the Events Team. So would probably just add a rule to being nice to one another.

TheNamesBeck: Well, I would implement a sort of rule for everyone to be friends... Why? Because back in the Fresh days, everybody in the FIB was close friends, now we don't really talk to each other... We're like strangers, not a family. The ambiance is just strictness and just shouts at you: “You better f*cking work, or else!”

We would like to thank YOU for reading and thank the interviewees for taking their precious time away from work to give the F.I.B. some feedback.
