Last week, the FIB workers suggested to start using a new warning system, and it was approved on June 5, 2018! It was an intense and nerve-wracking moment for some of the FIB family to participate in. We interviewed 2 High Rank’s and 1 Low Rank which were Renjo, Regina, and Didan!
How do you feel about the new warning system?
Renjo: I think it’s good because it made it clear for everyone as to how many warnings can a worker get depending on their rank.
Regina: I think the new warning system is just allowing LRs chances and HRs a chance before disciplinary action would be taken.
Didan: I didn’t really understand why since we have the strike system, but maybe I didn’t understand anything!
How do you think the new warning system will affect the workers?
Renjo: The new warning system will give fair treatment to those who have broken the rules since we can’t expect everyone to abide on it right away, especially with the LRs who have no experience with agencies.
Regina: I think this would affect workers in a positive light. Reminding workers, we do have rules to follow but that the agency is just as forgiving.
Didan: Maybe it’ll change the habits of some workers being less AFK at places like FTF, FTS, FTT and the hallway because they’ll have the threat of getting a warning!
Do you think workers will follow the new warning system?
Renjo: Workers who have a rank high enough to give a disciplinary action must follow this system because it can cause issues and mistreatment if no warning was given.
Regina: Since the warning system has been out it’s been working out smoothly. So I believe workers would continue to follow the current system.
Didan: I’m guessing some are actually following it, some will because better behavior might be a good thing! Some will never follow it because in their opinion it might lower the fun and the light-hearted conversations!
