Workers of F.I.B #8: WOTM (June)
Every first week of the month, workers and VIPs vote for an F.I.B worker who has fulfilled the high expectations of the community. They consistently have shown their hard work within the base and their units, and they become the epitome of how an F.I.B member is supposed to act. This award is the Worker of the Month award, and it is given only to those who are worthy of it. For June, the agency chose their Worker of the Month, and the results have shown that Asqry has won! Let's congratulate her and thank her for her dedication to the agency!
What significance does WOTM have to you?
Asqry: It means a lot to me, seriously. I feel really appreciated and more motivated to strive further since it has obviously proven my hard work has caught the attention of other users.
Out of the many candidates, for what reason do you think you got an award as extensive as this?
Asqry: I think it's because I have lately become more approachable. I always approach new users asking how they are feeling, and if there is anything off, I would stop working and sit next to them trying to comfort them so they feel F.I.B is another place which feels like home.
Are there any pointers or tips you could share with others wanting this award?
Asqry: I would say, always keep a friendly face during work even if it comes to a situation where things are difficult. People will appreciate you being there and whenever they see you walk into the room, they will remember how nice you were! If there is a time where you feel you aren't specifically happy though, approach a PCU member or even come to me. F.I.B is family. You might not get along with everyone, but do you seriously get along with your siblings all the time?
Renjo has also left his parting message as he steps off his two-month reign of being Worker of the Month.
As the previous winner of the award, do you have any words of encouragement for our new Worker of the Month?
Renjo: The WOTM right now has been in FIB for a couple of years and all I can say to her is to continue being the hardworking worker she is from the past and recent and a role for both LRs and HRs.
