Workers of FIB #3: Executive Directorate
As we all know, Gian, unfortunately, left the FIB for about two months temporarily, to take a break from agencies. However, he is now back in the Directorates division. For those who did not know Gian, he was a member of the Foundation. He has worked in FIB for about three years and is pretty much a huge contributing factor to where FIB is today. Back when we were still on Fresh hotel, Kanika had her major exams, and thus most things relied on Gian. If not for Gian, FIB would probably have run amok. Therefore, we should feel honored that he is back, and welcome him back with open arms. We can expect improvements to be made with Gian's return. The following interview was done by hyangg, our interviewer. She interviewed Gian on his thoughts and plans for FIB.
What changed your mind to join back FIB?
Gian: Some things were left unattended. I couldn't just sit by and do nothing but watch some people not notice or ignore what's wrong as it drains my sanity.
Now that you're back, what are some plans that you have in mind for the future?
Gian: Nothing. I already sent out the documents I created for one unit even before I got this position. So I guess all I have to do is to fulfill one of my upcoming duties, observe further, and think about what would benefit on this agency.
Which part of FIB do you think needs some changes?
Gian: There are things that I wouldn't like to post in public, but I guess it’s LA, some disciplinary actions, and 2iC+ responsibilities.
If you had the authority to do anything you want, what's the first thing you'd do?
Gian: Fix the CoC page I made before I left. I made new pages under the Code Of Conduct for the others to
easily find what they want to know.
