Workers of FIB #5: WOTM (May)

Edited by xxBrie

Every month, the Awards Committee at the Federal Investigation Bureau holds an annual vote for Worker of the Month. The purpose of this to is inspire workers to remain active, work hard, and be an inspiration to new workers. The winner of the May worker of the month was the same as the previous month, Renjo. Renjo is a hard and dedicated worker at the FIB. He is currently the In-Charge Director in the Foundation. After the announcement of his victory, our News Team interviewer, Hyangg, interviewed Renjo to get his reaction.

How does it feel to be voted on by your colleagues?

Renjo: I actually didn’t expect to be the WOTM (worker of the month) again because I’ve seen a lot of workers, non-iC and iC, giving their best for this agency and I’ve been on LOA (leave of absence) twice this month because of personal matters; however, it feels great though that people still see the effort that I put for this agency despite the circumstances.

You won this award for two months in a row! What do you think are the most important qualities for someone to excel in this role?

Renjo: All I can say is be yourself and never be afraid to own up to your mistakes. No one is too perfect, and we are still learning every day.

Who do you consider your top competitor and why?

Renjo: I never considered anyone as a competitor; I never even thought about this until you (referring to the interviewer) asked. In all honesty, I was expecting another worker to be the WOTM to give them a chance.

What is your favorite part about working at the FIB, and where do you see this agency in the next few years?

Renjo: My favorite part of working in the FIB is the fact we make friends while working. We are not as serious as other agencies, and we do lots of fun, but at the same time, still following the rules laid out. Also, I’m hoping to see the FIB last like how agencies in Habbo do.

That concludes our May Worker of the Month coverage. Congratulations to Renjo! We, on behalf of the News Team, thank you for your hard work and dedication to the FIB.
